Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your feet. If a pair is not right for you, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund.

Items should be returned in the condition you received them, with the original packaging where possible. To start a return, contact us with your order number and we will guide you through it.

Once we receive and check the returned pair, we process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds are in South African Rand and usually reflect within a few working days, depending on your bank.

Every pair is also covered by a 6-month guarantee against manufacturing faults. If something goes wrong, get in touch and we will make it right.
